The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking extension of interim bail in FIR No. 1088/2021 dated 23.12.2021, registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden for offences punishable under Sections 365/367/368/307/506/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.
It is pointed out that the gall bladder surgery of the applicant was performed on 15.01.2024, and the applicant is called by the concerned Doctor on 24.01.2024 for follow up advice and removal of surgical stitches.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 13.12.2023 is extended till 27.01.2024, subject to the conditions imposed on the applicant by the said order. The applicant is directed to surrender positively on or before 27.01.2024.

The applicant is also directed to keep his mobile phone switched on, at all times.

The present application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
