This application is, accordingly, disposed of. CRL.M.C. 6241/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to direct the Ld. Court of Sh. Deepak Vats to hear and pass final order/ judgment in CIS No. 25781/17 titled as "INDU BALA MALHOTRA & ANR. vs. MUKESH KUMAR" in the light of impugned orders on or before the next date of hearing.

In view of the reasons stated in the present petition and on perusal of the ordersheets which are annexed as Annexure P-1 (colly), I hereby direct the Trial Court to take final decision on the application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner herein within two weeks from the next date of hearing.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
