The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 0302/2019 under Section 376 /506 of the IPC, registered with PS Paharganj.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP points out that the complainant (victim) has turned hostile and is not interested in pursuing her complaint. Her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC was recorded, wherein she has stated that she has married the accused and does not wish to pursue the case. Ms Dhalla, also states, on instructions, that there is no proposal to arrest the petitioner. The said statement is taken on record.

In view of the same, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
