% 14.02.2019 Since quashing of charge under Sections 376/366 of IPC is sought in this petition, therefore, the complainant/first informant of the FIR in question needs to be heard.

On the oral prayer of petitioners' counsel, complainant/first informant of the FIR in question is impleaded as a second respondent. Amended memo of parties be filed within a week from today. Thereafter, notice of this petition be issued to newly added second respondent by ordinary process, speed post and approved courier, returnable for 5th July, 2019. Affidavit of service alongwith speed post tracking report be filed. List on 5th July, 2019.
