M.A. No. 185/2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that FIR No.728/2010 registered at Police Station Dwarka North, New Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/308/34 IPC has already been quashed, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and he seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, the present petition alongwith pending application are dismissed as having become infructuous.
