The present application under Section 439 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon 'ble Court may very graciously be pleased to:- (i) Admit the petitioner on interim bail of the petitioner for a period of 45 days or more for the surgery of the wife of the Petitioner scheduled on 20.01.2024 in the case FIR No. 225/2022 of Police Station Anand Parbat, Delhi, which was registered Under Sections 143/147/148/ 149/364/365/201/302/ 308/342 read With Section 34 of the IPC ; (ii) Pass such other or further order/orders which this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
