This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC by the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act on the ground that the parties have amicably entered into a settlement.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that all the claims which were subject matter of the notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act has been satisfied and therefore no cause of action would arise under the notice issued by the Petitioner under Section 21 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the present application.
