This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR no. 597/2023 registered at PS Sarita Vihar, under Sections 308/34 IPC. 2.

This Court on 19th January, 2024,while issuing notice in the application granted interim protection to the petitioner against arrest; the background facts and circumstances are stated in the said order. 3.

Counsel for petitioner points out in particular that injuries suffered by complainant were simple in nature which was confirmed by APP for State on instructions of IO, as evident from para 7 of the said order of 19th January, 2024.

investigation throughout, as also two other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail.

Petition is allowed, petitioner is granted anticipatory bail subject to cooperating and joining in the investigation. 6.

Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
