The present petition has been filed with a prayer to set aside the order dated 18.12.2024 and for expeditious disposal of the case. 2.

However, during submissions, learned counsel only presses for issuance of directions to the trial Court to complete the evidence on the next date i.e. 04.02.2025.

As per the impugned order, last and final opportunity has been granted to defendant No. 3 to lead evidence.

As the case is stated to be pending since 2016, it is expected that the Trial Court would make best endeavor to expedite the disposal of the case.
