The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 21B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that in view of the facts and circumstances made before this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be issue the necessary directions U/S 21B(2) of Hindu Marriage Act,1955 filed in trial court on dated 20.07.2023 in directing the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Rajrani, Family Court North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi, for dispose off the H.M.A Case No. 561558/16 (Old H.M.A. Case No. 500/14, 439/13) title" Sandeep Sirpal Vs. Vanika, in which next date is 25.01.2024 on day to day basis or as early as possible, in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case be passed in favour of the petitioner."
