Counsel for the respondent highlights that, as per the chart appended as Annexure P-5 showing non-compliance, there are only 8 substantial visitations which have not been accomplished due to the reasons which are already mentioned in the said table.

The compensatory visitation has also been given. However, it is stated that the child is eight years of age, and it is difficult to force the child to be available at a particular point of time. 4.

The respondent submits to the Court that they have no intention of any violation the orders passed, compliance of which is sought, and will undertake to ensure to the utmost that the said is complied with.
