Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent points out from the order dated 30.01.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-06, PHC, New Delhi that the concerned Court in terms of paragraph no.9 thereof, has already directed for the release and restoration of the attached properties forthwith, to the lawful claimant persons entitled thereto in exercise of the powers under Section 8(8) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 after due verification and completion of the necessary formalities in accordance with law. 2.
The material portion of the said order reads as under: "9. The Directorate of Enforcement is directed:- ...

He, therefore, submits that as per his instructions in pursuance to the directions, the concerned office is in the process to release the attached properties after completing necessary formalities. 4.
Under these circumstances, the Court does not deem it appropriate to pass any precipitative directions. 5.
If the respondent fails to take any action within a reasonable period of time, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court. 6.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
