After some arguments, since no new/ fresh grounds have been taken herein from those which were taken before the learned Trial Court in the previous application for grant of regular bail filed by the very same applicant before the learned Trial Court, which was dismissal by the learned Trial Court on 08.01.2026, and since the present application is filed merely within nine days after the said dismissal, learned counsel for the applicant seeks, and is granted, liberty to withdraw the present application.
