Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondents have complied with the orders passed by this Court on 10.01.2024, he has instructions not to press the present contempt petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents also assures this Court that the interim orders passed by this Court on 10.01.2024 in W.P.(C) 329/2024 will continue to bind the respondents till the disposal of the petitioner's pending O.A before the learned Tribunal.

In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents, the contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.
