The present contempt petition has been preferred alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05th January, 2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 598/2023 whereby, the respondent was directed to execute a Tripartite Agreement with the petitioner in terms of the Revival Letter dated 28th November, 2023 and execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner. 4.
Learned counsel for respondent appearing on advance notice, upon instructions, submits that the respondent shall sign the Tripartite Agreement with the petitioner within three working days. He further submits that the Sale Deed shall be executed by the respondent within seven working days. 5.
