Learned counsel for appellant has informed this Court that the appellant has already preferred an appeal being Crl.A.84/2024 before this Court challenging the same impugned order and the said appeal, filed through his sister, has already been admitted vide order dated 30.01.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for appellant, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal and she states that the arguments shall be advanced in the other appeal, i.e. Crl.A.84/2024. 3.

In order to avoid any ambiguity or conflict, the permission is granted. 4.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
