The present suit has been filed for partition. 2.

This Court notes that vide order dated 20th May, 2025, as corrected vide order dated 03rd July, 2025, the preliminary decree already stands passed, wherein, the plaintiff and defendant have each been declared as entitled to 50% equal share in the suit property, i.e., property No. 24/42, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi.

Learned counsels appearing for both the parties jointly reiterate that there are only two claimants to the suit property, i.e., the parties before this Court, and there are no other claimants. They further admit the fact that both the plaintiff and defendant are entitled to 50% share each in the suit property.
