Vide order dated 20.01.2025, the hearing of this case stood deferred to enable learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff to take steps for payment of Court fee. Despite the aforesaid, the same has not been paid. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff, however, prays for further time to make arrangements for payment of Court fee.

Looking at the nature of the controversy, the Court is of the opinion that unless the plaintiff pays the Court fee, the civil suit shall not be heard. Reserving the right of the plaintiff to re-file the suit along with undertaking the payment of the requisite Court fee, the instant civil suit stands dismissed along with all pending applications.

All rights and contentions of the plaintiff are left open.
