The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement Agreement dated 14.03.2018 (hereafter 'the Agreement'). A photocopy of the Agreement has been handed over to this Court and the same is taken on record. 2.

Ms Vincent Tang, CEO of the respondent is also present in Court. On her instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent also confirms that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the Agreement.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
