% 19.02.2020 CRL.M.A. 43372/2019 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.C. 6667/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No.246/2016, PS Bhajanpura registered under Sections 354A/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the premise of a settlement dated 03.04.2017 arrived at between the parties, vide which, the statement had been made before the ACJ/ARC/CCJ, North-East in CS No.175/2016 and it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the CS No.175/2016 has since been withdrawn by the petitioners.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed. ANU MALHOTRA, J FEBRUARY 19, 2020/vm
