Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 26th November, 2024, Mr. Ranjan Narula, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, on instructions, submits that the matter has been settled with all the defendants and the plaintiff does not wish to implead any further defendant in terms of the John Doe/Ashok Kumar (defendant no.3) in the present suit. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives in the present suit. 3.

Hence, the present suit stands closed.
