This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a writ of appropriate orders/directions in nature of writ of mandamus for issue of directions to the respondent no. 1&2 for providing the police protection to petitioner from the respondent no. 3-10 and other relatives; and (b) Pass any other or further order or relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, proper and expedite in favour of petitioner and against the respondents, in the interest of justice."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel, who appears on advance notice, submits that statement of the petitioner has been recorded. She further submits that mobile numbers of the beat constable and SHO will be provided to petitioner, and in case of any exigency, the SHO concerned will respond promptly.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
