The present Petition, under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], seeks enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 24.09.2025. The Petition under Section 34 of the Act challenging the said Award has already been disposed of vide Judgment dated 27.04.2026. As on date, no proceedings under Section 37 remain pending against the Award, and no order of stay is operating against the enforcement thereof.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds no impediment in granting the reliefs sought in the present Petition. Since the amounts payable under the Award have already been deposited, the same shall The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Decree Holder, on instructions, undertakes that in the event that the Respondents succeed in the challenge to the Award, the amount released in favour of the Decree Holder shall be repaid within a period of 4 weeks from the date of setting aside of the same.

In view of the above, the present Petition, along with all pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
