After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but as prayed appellant is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2019. Appellant will file an affidavit of undertaking in this Court in terms of the present order to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2019, within two weeks from today and in such affidavit appellant will also undertake to clear all charges payable for the suit premises towards electricity, water etc.

Subject to the appellant filing the affidavit of undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, appellant is given time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2019.
