This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari and Quash the Withdrawal Order dt. 22.05.2025, withdrawing recognition of petitioner institution for running the D.EL.ED course from academic year 2025-2026; and; (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.2 to issue restoration of recognition of petitioner institution for D.EL.ED course from Academic Year 2025-2026; and;

(c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus enabling the petitioner to participate in counselling and admit students for D.EL.ED course for Academic Year 2025-2026..."

Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel for the respondents states that the present matter is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being Teachers Training College Mirza v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr., W.P.(C) 5369/2025, order dated 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed, holding that the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in the judgment of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) shall apply to the petitioner, including the direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling session for the academic session 2025-26. 4.

All respondents shall ensure that petitioner is permitted to participate in the counselling for academic session 2025-26. 5.
