By virtue of the present petition under Sections 528 and 529 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks the setting aside of the impugned order(s) dated 28.06.2025 and 15.11.2025 passed by the learned RFMFC/East/Delhi in CT Cases/7997/2024; direction to the Secretary, Delhi Bar Council for inquiring and initiating proceedings against an Advocate; certain directions to Mahila Courts and other ancillary reliefs. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum(s) seeking the reliefs sought herein in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
