Even though CM APPL. 29739/2026 has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking referral of the matter to mediation, counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved their inter se disputes. 2.
The appellant as well as the respondent nos.1 and 2 are physically present in Court.

The keys of the subject premises i.e., 25-B, Street No.1, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi, have been handed over in Court by the appellant to the respondent nos.1 and 2.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant does not have any objection if the entire amount deposited by the appellant in Court be RFA 101/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. released to the respondents no. 1 and 2 in full and final satisfaction of the claims of the respondents 1 and 2.

In view thereof, the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal. 6.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in light of the aforesaid settlement.

The Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the appellant in favour of the respondent nos.1 and 2 equally along with accrued interest.

It is agreed between the parties that upon release of the aforesaid amount, nothing shall remain due from appellant to the respondents and all disputes between the parties stand settled.
