CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VALMIKI J. MEHTA
O R D E R
% 12.07.2018 1.
This matter is listed on an office note.
2.
There is no ground for grant of extension of time for deposit of costs which were ordered in terms of paragraph 3 of the impugned order dated 27.4.2018 dismissing the review.
The order dated 27.4.2018 and the main judgment on merits dated 22.2.2018 show that how frivolous the appeal as also the review petition was because appellants were completely dishonest litigants. 3.
The fact that an SLP has been filed is not a ground to stay the operation of costs inasmuch as appellants are always at liberty to seek appropriate orders from the Supreme Court.
4.
Since costs have not been deposited, let notices of contempt be issued against the appellants, without process fee, through the Delhi High Court Process Serving Agency.
RFA 179/2018
5.
At this stage, counsel for the appellants states that he accepts notice of the contempt petition and will file reply or if the appellants are not successful in seeking interim orders from the Supreme Court then costs will be positively deposited before the next date of hearing. 6.
List on 4th October, 2018.
