The petitioners and the Authorised Representative (in short, 'AR') of the respondent no. 2 are present in person in Court, and have been duly identified. They submit that they have no objection, if the FIR is quashed.

The learned counsels for the petitioners has handed over two Demand Drafts of Rs.25,000/- each, to the AR of the respondent no. 2 in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 5.

Accordingly, FIR No. 66/2011 registered at Police Station: Economic Offences Wing, Delhi under Sections 63/65 of the Copyright Act, 1957 and Sections 103/104 of Trade Marks Act, 1999, along with all other proceedings emanating therefrom, qua the petitioners are quashed, subject to the condition that each of the petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.

The proof of such deposit shall be filed by the petitioners with the Registry of this Court and also with the IO. 7.
