A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.486/2015 dated 04.12.2015 under Section 380 IPC registered at Police Station Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi as well as criminal proceedings arisen therefrom. 2.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.

Learned APP for State submits that the Petitioner was exonerated in the internal Enquiry. The Cancellation Report was filed on which the matter is listed for pre-summoning evidence.

Since none is present on behalf of the Petitioner, the present Petition is dismissed in default of prosecution.
