This is an application for condonation of delay in re-filing. 3.
The period of delay involved is 21 days.

Counsel for the respondent says that he does not oppose the prayer made in the application.

Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.

Mr. Subodh Kr. Pathak accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 9.
Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made in the petition for extension of time. 10.
The record shows that the petitioner appointed an Arbitrator on 18.10.2016.

The record also shows that parties on 12.09.2017 mutually agreed to extend the time for concluding arbitration proceedings by six months as possibility of concluding the same in statutory 12 months seemed remote. 12.
Evidently, thereafter, parties approached this Court for further extension of time.

This Court vide order dated 25.04.2018 extended the time by another six months which I am told expired on 23.10.2018. 14.
Counsel for the parties inform me that the matter is at the stage of evidence and therefore, time for concluding arbitration proceedings be extended by another six months.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to grant the prayer made before me by counsel for the parties. 16.
Accordingly, time for concluding arbitration proceedings and pronouncement of award is extended by another six months commencing from 23.10.2018.
