1. It is stated that the issue raised by the Revenue in the present appeal which is directed against the order dated order dated 8th July, 2016, passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Bench I New Delhi ('ITAT') in ITA No. 440/Del/2014 for the Assessment Year ('AY') 2009-10 stands covered in favour of the Assessee and against the Revenue by order dated 8th February, 2017 passed by this Court in ITA Nos. 67/2017, 68/2017 and 73/2017, The Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax v GE Money Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. for the AYs 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
