1. The SHO is present in the Court. He states that a group of villagers came to the site claiming that there is a right of way through the subject land which they are laying claim to. He states that the person representing them is an Ex-MLA Sh. Vijay Lochan.

2. Notice is also issued to Mr. Vijay Lochan to remain present in the Court on the next date to explain why he should not be proceeded against for disobeying the interim order dated 10th January, 2018 passed by this Court.

Notice will be served upon him through the SHO who will ensure his presence in the Court on the next date.

3. The SHO states that he has managed to convince the villagers not to take any precipitate action. He has also posted two Constables in the area to ensure that no untoward incident takes place.

4. List on 18th March, 2019.

5. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signatures of Court Master.
