% 27.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to release the Bank Guarantee. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the respondent no.2 by its letter dated 12.09.2011 had already advised the respondent no.4 to release the Bank Guarantee in favour of the petitioner. He hands over the said communication to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the respondent no.4 for release of the Bank Guarantee and any security given there against. The same shall be released in favour of the petitioner by the respondent no.4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
