By way of present petition filed under Section 397 read with Section 482, Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge in FIR No.952/2021 titled 'State v. Hussain Zaheer' whereby the application of the petitioner seeking extension of interim bail was dismissed.

A perusal of the impugned order would show that the petitioner was granted interim bail on the ground of marriage of his younger daughter which was performed on 01.01.2024. The petitioner/applicant sought extension of the interim bail on the ground that he seeks to find suitable match for the other daughter. The said ground was not found justifiable by the learned Trial Court.

This Court finds no ground to entertain the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed along with pending application.
