% 25.02.2019 Though the petitioner has filed an affidavit of service contending therein that notice issued by this Court has been duly served on the security guard present at the site of the office of respondent nos.1 and 2, I do not see it as an appropriate service on the respondents. Upon petitioner taking steps, let fresh notice be issued to the respondents, returnable on 28th March, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a fresh affidavit in support of the petition vide diary no.148861/2019. The same is not on record. The counsel shall have the same placed on record after removing office objections, if any.
