Pursuant to previous order 21st April 2025, counsel for respondent has handed up communication dated 15th May 2025, which is a speaking order, passed by Sh. Anuj Kumar Pandey, Addl. Commissioner of Customs, IGI Airport, New Delhi.

As part of the detailed order, release of jewellery items of petitioner has now been directed and permitted, after completion of legal formalities. 3.
Communication has been handed over to the counsel for petitioner. 4.
As previously noted, the SLP filed by the Customs has already been dismissed by the Supreme Court.
