Learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance on advance notice.

The petitioner impugns the order dated 16.08.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi ('Tribunal') in OA No.3061/2018.

The Tribunal has rejected the petitioner's Original Application wherein, he assailed his transfer to Manipur. Mr. R.K. Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2018 against his transfer is pending consideration before the Government.

The petitioner has already joined the post to which he has been transferred. He submits that the Tribunal has dismissed the Original Application in limine which would impact his pending representation as

well.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition with the direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, within 30 days without, in any way, being influenced by any observation made in the impugned order.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
