% 12.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigations are complete and trial is underway.

All the material witnesses have been examined.

Injured had sustained simple injury by a blunt weapon and injured was discharged from the hospital same day. Petitioner is in custody for the last about two years.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
