After some arguments, Mr Sudhir Nandrajog, learned senior counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellants, seeks to withdraw the appeal. 2.1 However, Mr Nandrajog says that the affidavit-in-reply dated 23.01.2023 was lodged with the Registry on the same date i.e., the date when signatures were appended on the affidavit. 2.2. Mr Nandrajog says that he will bring this aspect to notice of the court. 3.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant will have liberty to place the aforesaid aspect before the learned Single Judge.
