This application under Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with the following prayers:- "1. Pass an appropriate order allowing this application for the return/release of the original Redistribution Stockist Agreements executed between the parties dated 18.12.2020 and 24.08.2021 to the petitioner under section 151 of the CPC.

2. Pass any other order or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

This Court vide Order dated 12.02.2021 had appointed an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. 3.

During the course of arbitration proceedings, the Petitioner wants to file the original Redistribution Stockist Agreements dated 18.12.2020 and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 24.08.2021 to establish the relationship between the Petitioner and the Respondents. It is stated that the original of these documents has already been filed before this Court. It is stated that Redistribution Stockist Agreements dated 18.12.2020 and 24.08.2021 are necessary to be produced before the Arbitrator.

Mr. Ishan Agrawal, learned Counsel appears on behalf of the Respondents stated that he has no objection if the Redistribution Stockist Agreements dated 18.12.2020 and 24.08.2021 are returned to the Petitioner. 5.

This Court is therefore inclined to allow the instant application in accordance with prayer No.1 of the application. 6.

The application is disposed of.
