Respondent No.2 is present in Court and has produced the passbooks of respondents No.1 and 2. The particulars of their savings bank accounts are as under:- (1)Reeta( Respondent No.1) A/c No.487210110012806 Bank of India, AT & PO Ghato Tand, Distt. Ramgarh Cantt Jharkhand, Ghato Tand (Jharkhand) 825314, IFSC Code:- BKID0004872
(2) Ishita (Respondent No.2) A/c No.105700101012092 Corporation Bank, S-6, 1st Floor, Gamma Shopping Mall, Jagat Ram, Gamma-I, Greater Noida, IFSC Code:- CORP0001057 2.
The Insurance Company has deposited Rs.6,82,540/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the judgment dated 26th April, 2018. The Registrar General is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount to respondents No.1 and 2 by instructing UCO Bank as under:- (i) Rs.2,50,000/- be kept in 25 FDRs of Rs.10,000/- each in the name of respondent No.1 for the period 1 month to 25 months respectively, with cumulative interest.
(ii) Rs.2,50,000/- be kept in 25 FDRs of Rs.10,000/- each in the name of respondent No.2 for the period 1 month to 25 months respectively, with cumulative interest.
(iii) The balance amount, after keeping Rs.5,00,000/- in FDRs, be transferred to the aforesaid savings bank accounts of respondents No.1 and 2, in equal shares.
(iv) All the original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the respondents.
(v) The maturity amounts of the FDRs be released to the respondents in their aforesaid savings bank accounts.
(vi) No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.
(vii) Bank of India and Corporation Bank shall permit the respondents to withdraw money from their savings bank accounts by means of a withdrawal
form only.
