% 17.01.2020 CM No. 1574/2020 in W.P.(C) 11501/2019 Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that there is a typographical error in the order dated 13th November, 2019 whereby W.P.(C) 11501/2019 was finally disposed of.

The error was in paragraph no.3 in the 5th line. Instead of letter dated 28th July, 2019, now it will be read as letter dated 28th July, 2016 in our order dated 13th November, 2019 in W.P.(C) 11501/2019. This correction shall be carried out. Rest of the order dated 13th November, 2019 is maintained as it is.

This application is allowed and disposed of.
