% 07.02.2019 The counsel appearing for the appellant, she having been instructed to appear on behalf of Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee submits that it is now brought to the notice that the appellant had already filed Criminal Appeal (No.16/2019) through a counsel privately engaged, such appeal having been entertained and notice issued thereupon by this court on 10.01.2019, it being now listed on 14.02.2019. In this view, she seeks permission to withdraw the appeal at hand and the applications filed therewith.

The appeal and the applications filed therewith are dismissed accordingly.
