CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT MAHAJAN

O R D E R

% 27.05.2025 1.

On the last date of hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant had requested that the present application be treated as an application for interim bail instead of regular bail and the applicant be admitted on bail to take care of his mother, who is suffering from various ailments.

2.

The status report indicates that even though the mother of the applicant is suffering from kidney failure, however, the applicant's brother and his brother's wife are staying with her and taking care of her.

3.

The victim is yet to be examined in the trial and it does not appear that the applicant is required for the care of his mother. 4.

This Court, therefore, does not consider it apposite to grant interim bail to the applicant.

5.

The application is dismissed.

6.

The applicant is at liberty to file a regular bail application afresh after the victim has been examined.
