Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an Arbitral Tribunal has already been constituted in this matter pursuant to the order dated 27.05.2024 in ARB. P. 758/2024.

In the circumstances, it would be appropriate if the present application is dealt with by the learned Arbitral Tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The subsisting interim order/s would continue to operate till consideration of the matter by the learned Arbitral Tribunal. 4.

Needless to say, all rights and contentions of parties are reserved and the Arbitral Tribunal would decide the matter in accordance with law. 5.
