O R D E R

% 27.02.2019 The parties have amicably resolved their disputes. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 26th February, 2019 which is handed over by learned counsel for the plaintiff and is taken on record. The settlement agreement dated 26th February, 2019 is marked as Ex.C1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement, Ex.C1 which shall form part of decree. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement, Ex.C1. Pending applications are disposed of. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the suit be listed in August, 2019 for reporting compliance.

List for reporting compliance on 21st August, 2019. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
