The petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia praying as under:

"(a) issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ or direction or order directing the respondent No1 &3 for issuing LOrs to avail either 2nd phase loan under PMSAVANIDHI Scheme or for 1st phase under PMSAVANidhi Scheme ; and (b) issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ or direction or order directing the respondent No-1&2 for substitution her name as legal heir in term of order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Writ Petition No 14815/2022as present TVC not Competent for the same ; and (c ) issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ or direction or order directing the respondent No-1&2 for not disturbing the petitioner and allowing to carry on the trade peacefully from the existing place of squatting ;"

The name of the petitioner's husband (since deceased) is mentioned in the list of 628 street vendors list that was prepared at the material time. petitioner's husband had applied and was issued an LOR bearing no. DL/276447/201218/1477258 on 18.12.2020 in accordance with the criteria adopted by the NDMC. Pursuant to the said LOR, the bank had disbursed the loan for the first tranche for a sum of Rs. 10,000 to the petitioner's deceased husband.

The petitioner has approached this Court as she has been unable to secure the second tranche of the said loan in absence of a specific LOR. 4.

Mr. Peechara, learned standing counsel appearing for the NDMC submits that if the petitioner applies on the online portal, the case would be considered by the ULB Committee of NDMC on merits. 5.

In view of the above, we consider it apposite to dispose of the petition by permitting the petitioner to make an online application. Once the application is so filed, the ULB committee of answering respondent will duly consider the petitioner's request.

In case the same is required to be denied for any other reason, ULB will pass a speaking order communicating its decision to the petitioner. 7.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
