mediation proceedings and the copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed over in the Court.

The Settlement Agreement dated 9th February, 2024 entered into between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Mediation Centre) be scanned and taken on record. 3.

In terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, the parties shall settle the following pending litigations qua the property bearing no. AE-90, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi - 110088:

(a) CS (OS) 258/2018 titled as, 'Smt. Neelam Jain & Anr. v. Smt. Madhu Kapoor & Anr.'

(b) CS (OS) 311/2018 titled as, 'Smt. Neelam Jain & Anr. v. Smt. Madhu Kapoor & Ors.'

(c) RFA (OS) 4/2022 titled as, 'Madhu Kapoor & Anr. v. Neelam Jain & Ors.'.

(d) RFA (OS) 4/2024 titled as, 'Madhu Kapoor & Anr. v. Neelam Jain & Ors.'.

We have examined the terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the aforesaid Settlement and shall comply with their respective obligations.

Counsels for the parties submit that the learned Mediator, i.e., Mr. Mohit Gupta appointed by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre put in a lot of effort to work out the Settlement Agreement. The Court places on record its appreciation for the efforts put in by the learned Mediator.
