The present writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 31.05.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 1676/2023. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the present petition is squarely covered by an order dated 18.01.2024 passed in a batch of writ petitions including W.P.(C) 451/2024. It is however made clear, that the dismissal of this writ petition will not come in the way of the petitioner raising all permissible pleas before the learned Tribunal, which would be considered, as per law.
